terrible experience. took my car in for a service and asked them to do a diagnostic check because I had a transmission message pop up.. they told me it was all fine and I ended up stranded because the car went into limp mode( transmission problems, apparently they didn't check) on getting to another garage I was told my back tyres were not suitable to drive on(first4service also missed that) called in to complain and got hung up on. that's how I just got treated.. so I wonder what I paid 299 for a service for..
