I've recently moved to the area and was unsure of where to take my car for a full service. Because of my lack of knowledge in automobile mechanics, I have always been vary wary of doing business with garages - especially new ones. From the minute I arrived for my scheduled service I was greeted by a very friendly, professional member of staff, Steve. He explained to me the process involved and the estimated time it would take to complete the job. Steve called me twice through the service giving me a concise update of costs and the parts required. I went to collect my vehicle an hour sooner than originally expected and left thinking how brilliant the service was throughout. This is an exceptionally run business that knows how to put the customers needs first. They've showed me they are experts and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'm especially thrilled I've found a great, sound new place to take my vehicles for any situation!
Fitted the wrong profile tyre, and charged extras. Wrong profile resulted in MOT fail (the only fail point) . CORRECTION- I was entirely wrong on this, it was another garage. The Broadway staff were helpful and understanding and sorted the issue out for me
