I had the Beet vegan burger which was fab but just seemed to be one waitress who was doing everything, lovely lady, dark hair.

Nice place with great atmosphere and good music but often you have to wait at the bar for a very long time before you get served (a lot of the time it can be as long as half an hour). Some of the bar staff will ignore those who have been waiting 20+ minutes and serve people who have only just got there. Also be careful if paying cash as half the time they either dont give you enough change or just dont give the change at all. And on one occasion the guy behind the bar tried to charge me 7.35 for a drink that was 5 and when I told him it was 5 he insisted it wasnt until I asked him to check with his colleague. Sometimes the guys who work in the toilet try to emotionally blackmail you into giving them money.
Bar great, staff great and even food is great considering it's a bar. Don't park their though! Currently disputing a ticket I received while dining. Very annoying!
Affordable drinks, really good atmosphere. The security were very kind and I felt safe there which is a big bonus for me. They also had a cloakroom for only 2 which I appreciated a lot. One bathroom also had lots of toiletries like deodorant and perfume and things available if you give a small donation. It was a very nice touch. On the main bar service was very efficient too and the staff were nice too.
