I cannot recommend this company enough. Unbelievable value for money. We paid only 39 for a ticket! A helicopter ride is something that has been on our bucket list forever and we never thought we would have the chance to fulfill this dream, especially for an affordable amount of money considering the cost that goes into the maintenance of these incredible machines. Next time we will definitely book one of their longer flights and take the whole family along. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for taking care of us. Finally I would highly recommend paying the extra for the co - pilot seat, I got to sit up front with the pilot and it was just the most fantastic experience, especially with the panoramic views, I could see everything even underneath my feet!
4 of us was given this experience as a gift last Christmas and we recently visited and I cannot recommend it enough, we all had a fantastic time. Wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again! I can't remember the name of our guide/teacher but he was funny, enthusiastic and brilliant. Plus it's in a stunning location.
I bought my partner a voucher for Christmas for a 6 mile helicopter buzz. I added one for me to for support if it got a bit scary. We booked in at Halfpenny Green airfield (Wolverhampton Airport) and I decided to upgrade us to the Thrillseeker ride. We were greeted well, got our flight number and had a coffee in the brilliantly place cafe about the control tower. We we called to our flight, met the other crew who went through safety brief and met our buddies on the flight. When the helicopter landed we had our photo taken and the helped into the craft, literally for me as I have arthritic knees, but the lady crew member was helpful and patient, not rushing me. Our captain Mark O'Donnell was great, explained a lot, made us feel welcome and gave us the best flight experience! Thrillseeker it was! Dives, climbs, tight corners and an engine stall. Fantastic! Will be back for more.
Had a fantastic helicopter flight with Adventure 001 with my friend! The team on the day were so welcoming and helpful and there was a great atmosphere on the day. The flight was shorter than I thought being a 6 mile buzz so we really want to book for a longer flight next time! We also had loads of help from the customer service team over the phone in booking our event so overall a great experience, thank you :-)
