Very good customer service
The wife and I wanted to buy a treadmill - a pretty expensive treadmill, as we need it to last as we are spending a chunk of our retirement pennies on this. Also, we have quite a few access issues at home and although wed seen a treadmill that ticked all my (marathon training) boxes, and her (just need to be able to walk gently and get back to full health gradually) boxes, we were worried it wouldnt be able to be fitted into our bungalow. We were really petrified of what might happen if we bought it and couldnt get it into the teeny tiny room anyway, I spent a lot of time being talked through exactly what and how and where to measure, and what to take videos of, and had every question answered by the incredibly helpful team on the end of the phone, and so we crossed our fingers and went for it - the end result is a perfect treadmill, that fits amazingly well into a space that didnt look quite big enough - whew!!! Would recommend these people to everyone, they are VERY good indeed, and go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect piece of equipment, without any more grey hairs to show for it!
Great service from the two guys who own this business. Detailed buying advice from Ian which helped me to buy what I actually need rather than what I thought I needed, and then Russell personally delivered and assembled the machine! They stock a good range of gym and exercise equipment with the knowledge and service to back it up.
