Very nice surrounding, very good treatment just very difficult to find, not well signed. Otherwise a lovely experience
Wouldn't even give it one star! The place was cramped and unwelcoming, and it was dirty... their was dirt up walls and radiators etc, and as for the cream tea's.....well, i'm lost for words.It was an experience, but not one i recommend. Don't waste your money.
Received a voucher for Xmas & rang to book in January. Was told there would be a 6 month wait, so we decided to book for October due to summer working commitments. Paid 10 extra to visit on a Saturday as the voucher was for a week day only. They then called the day before @ 3:30pm to cancel due to 'sudden staff sickness' and if I wanted to re-book for a Saturday I had to wait until January! Not impressed so I am now awaiting my 10 refund & I have swapped my voucher for another experience. Luckily, Activity Superstore have extended my voucher. Looking at other reviews, this seems to happen a lot so I would not recommend for that reason.
Terrible! They called the afternoon before to cancel due to staff sickness. No weekend availability now for another 3 month's (already had to book month's in advance so have been waiting a very long time!) Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a common problem. I wouldn't bother booking here - there are plenty of other better priced spas around that offer a much more professional service
Had a lovely treatment with Kelly, she is a fantastic therapist! It was a one hour massage with a delicious cream tea after. Spoke to a nice girl Melissa over the phone who booked me in, pleasant experience and would return. Small, unique spa :)
