Very nice meal and good selection on the menu. I have only given 4 stars as the price is very steep for what you get. I think the British menu is far superior to the Thai menu. The Thai menu is not very authentic compared to other Thai restaurants. I would only recommend this restaurant if you get a groupon voucher as its a bit better value for money. The staff were friendly and the facilities were very nice and well kept. Overall pretty good but overpriced!

Terrible stay, horrendous customer service, and a shower with a window that backs onto a public courtyard and is see-through!I had an awful time in this hotel. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in to check in, there were no staff available for over 10 minutes and when they did arrive they were grumpy and rude. I tried not to let this get me down and carried on hoping to get the best out of this stay.Unfortunately every trip back to ask staff questions (local amenities, etc) was met with awful service and very rude staff! The final straw was when I went to take a shower in my ground floor room, and I discovered that there was a frosted glass window that was NOT AT ALL frosted enough. I could clearly see out and others could clearly see in (two people knocked on the window during my stay!). This left me feeling unsafe and exposed, so I asked to change rooms. The staff bluntly refused and, when I asked to complain, they just gave me an email and all but told me to shut up and go away.I am still waiting for a response to my email over 2 weeks later and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Opulence at it's best. On arrival we were given a glass of champagne and shown the 2 bars which were adorned with animal heads and lots of gold. After being taken to our room, amazing, we we're shown the facilities. Our bottle of champagne was on ice which was lovely. The whole place, which is a maze of rooms and areas is over the top, but it is exactly what you want. They have a small pool and jacuzzi and on site Thai massage. The reasons for giving 4 stars are as follows; very little storage in the room which is fine for overnight but no longer. The ceiling shower needed descaling as it sprayed everywhere and finally, although the heaters in the Moroccan bar were useful, they heated the table to the point that you could not touch it.Overall a great experience

Suite 33. Fabulous! Crazy bear definitely suits it's name. Ott, extravagant, definitely worth a visit! The English restaurant was great too. Quite pricey, and they add service to every drink order/part of your bill. Even when we went to the bar to get water to take to our room..they added service!

Food lovely but very pricey. Great place to go as a special treat. Staff attentive without being intrusive. Would go again. Thai restaurant is on 1st floor so mobility issues for some.
