Suit came back covered in fluff and hair (clearly not from our household) and suit lapel was not creased along the right line. Poor.

A picture paints a thousand words ... Cannot upload pictures. A disaster using Royal. Give a Zenga new trouser and receive back spotted or a shiny ones. Mr. Ali is full of defensive platitudes and there is an absence of the Manager/ Owner. I'll go back to Blue Dragon and pay 7 for a better service than 4 and a real disaster! see 2 photos posted!
