Sam went above and beyond to help me choose some earrings to wear on my wedding day. I saw a pair I like in the window but didn't know whether they'd go with my wedding dress, so he drove down to the shop where I had my dress fitting a few days later and let me try them on so I could be sure I was happy before buying them. He also helped us to do a VAT return as we live overseas and spent ages talking to us about the jewellery and different gem stones. Such a nice experience shopping here and the earrings are beautiful. Will definitely come here next time I'm looking to buy a special piece of jewellery.
Brilliant service from Sam. Had the most beautiful ring made. Designed and brought to life by Sam using some diamonds from on old ring I wasn't wearing that held a lot of sentimental value. They were punctual, clear with costs and really thorough. Would absolutely recommend!

Once inside however I received the friendly, relaxed, helpful and non-pushy services of jewelry experts, Peter and Sam, who over the course of 4 or 5 visits helped me choose two wedding rings, one of which was custom made to my wife's exacting specification.Over the last 3 years I've had a necklace made, earrings made and bought numerous other beautiful pieces. We rarely go to any other jewelers now because we always get great honest advice, a truly personal service even though we don't have tons of money to spend, and really fair prices.
