Was driving through and decided to use the facilities, not local centre, was taken back by the friendliness and professionalism of the guy on reception, Joseph, great first impression.Would visit again next time in town. Not very big gym, but it has a decent amount of machines in good quality, not too busy on a Sunday night, clean and some of the cardio machines have TV channels to watch on. Quite impressed.
Gym fantastic value for money
Decent place for a workout. They use their sports hall for a variety of events including trampolining and badminton
The gym is busy during peak times, which can disrupt your workout plan! Nevertheless, good facilities, clean changing rooms, secure lockers and plenty of parking spaces.
What a wonderful place to have in the area. Staff are really good and the choices of what you can do are varied. The badminton sessions are worth attending.
