Phoned at just gone 3 pm to ask for a Mother's Day delivery for my step Mum, who lives about five mins from the florists ( and I live in Wales, and had completely forgotten it was Mother's Day tomorrow)... was told that they were not going to make any more deliveries. I was really shocked and disappointed. Not very friendly at all and not helpful when I asked if they could suggest an alternative.
