Great customer service, helpful and friendly. I bought a washer dryer and the installation and disposal of the old machine was included in the price. The price was the same as it is at other stores who charge extra for installation and disposal.

A 5 minute walk from my 87 year old mother, she called them to check her freezer. They were at the premises 10 minutes and told her she needed a new freezer which they could supply for around 500(!). For the call out they charged 72 and called her the following day demanding she pay by card immediately. I had to request an invoice which gave no detail of the work carried out or fault found. I asked what tests the engineer had done and what fault was found. They replied the freezer, a Miele was not getting to temperature and parts were no longer available. I checked the temperature with a thermometer that was checked against the digital display of two Samsung freezers. It was accurate. It gave a temperature in the Miele of minus 16, 2 degrees short. But the thermostat had been set to setting 1 (of 5). I set it to 3 and within 30 minutes it was reading minus 20. They have today failed to respond to my emails.
I have used fields on various occasions and have always been delighted with the service , i phoned up last week when my fridge freezer broke and Clive arranged for me to have one the next day at great price , would highly recommend to anyone
