Lovely place & super staff, very helpful
Went there for a meditation retreat it's absolutely beautiful.
We went to visit to look at a plot for my boyfriend's father and found the whole thing to be very corporate. We were there less than 24 hours after John had died. We were shown around by a woman called Sarah who spoke with a very loud voice, borderline shouting, which was inappropriate for a room where you could hear a pin drop and for the circumstances.A lot of things seemed very corporate. And then we came across a grave that had fallen in by the road side. I mean this grave was so close to the road that as soon as someone steps out of their car, their in the grave. It didn't look good at all. When we asked Sarah why there was a grave basically on the road, she said that someone had died and their family were out of the country at the time. They didn't think they would be able to sell that plot because it was undesirable so they gave it to this deceased person because the family weren't there to oversea it at the time. This was done knowing that the family would be unhappy with the decision made - she must have known because she said it wouldn't sell. There was no reason either to keep the plot open if she knew it wouldn't sell. If it is so undesirable, they can close the plot but instead preyed on the defenceless which in my eyes is disgusting.
