My wife has had a few spa treatments from here which she was happy with. I therefore thought it a good idea to order some gift vouchers for some of my staff for Christmas. However when the recipients received the vouchers there was no indication that these were from me. When I contacted Mulberry, apparently it was my fault that I did not mention it in the message, which I had provided them at the time I ordered the vouchers over the phone. At no point was I asked if I wanted to sign off in any particular way, as they had taken my name I thought it was a given that my name would be at the bottom of the message! They charged me 10 for the luxury of ordering the vouchers and Im not entirely pleased with how they processed it. Assuming that these vouchers were Being sent anonymously is ridiculous, especially at Christmas! Having to call my staff and check they had received their gifts also took away the surprise of the gift. Not impressed......
My husband booked me in for a treatment to de-stress. I had the most amazing hot stone massage and facial combo by Annabel. She is an incredible therapist and a lovely calming person to talk to. I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in and was greeted by a big friendly smile from the receptionist, who couldnt do enough from me. The client care and atmosphere in the salon is perfect.... I will definitely be returning.
