This is an edit on my original review, since my experience with them has significantly improved. My interaction with this gallery started as a real disaster caused by utterly unprofessional behavior. I had chatted with a staff member about Martin Whatson zero tolerance via their web platform. I agreed with them that I would come the day after to buy it, and I had even given them my contact details.I went there the day after as promised (a 2 hours journey from London), and was told that they had sold the print - despite agreeing with me the day before!I was extremely frustrated since this would have never happen with any of the reputable galleries I deal with. So after my first interaction my take was: "avoid, unprofessional time waster."But after my very negative review, one of the managers (Nik) has reached out to me to: apologize (this was highly appreciated since, according to the staff at the gallery, they had done nothing wrong); send me a copy of the CoA (that looked authentic); and offer me a gift voucher as an apology.Very hesitantly, I gave them a try using the gift voucher Nik sent me (but taking little risk i.e. buying an inexpensive print), and I have had a very good service experience: communication, order handling, and packing, was all high quality. Finally, a few months after the original interaction, I have just contacted them to inquire about a print, and the interaction has been very professional. Baseline: I started with a terrible experience, but further interactions have improved my opinion significantly, and I might (cautiously) try again to get something from them (only one thing: it would be good if they did not frame their prints before putting them on sale, but I guess it's their business model).
Great experience! I bought a print online and had some questions. What a dedicated gallery team. The people there LOVE what they do. I got my mails answered even on a sunday. Saro was very kind and helpful. The print arrived professionally packed and in perfect condition. I will definitely buy there again and therefore also subscribed to the newsletter!
Great modern gallery with fantastic pieces of work. Very friendly with my 2 young children and lovely customer service. Will be back !
Great communication and lighning fast shipping. From my experiences I can abolutely recommend Eye Like Art Gallery! Thank you very much Saro!
Genuinely love this place - as a street art fan, being able to browse and buy in a relaxed atmosphere, with a frankly awesome and dynamic selection of pieces across all budgets is an utter joy. Super helpful and engaging staff make the whole experience a complete pleasure. Plus they've got an uber-cute little dog that "guards" the door sometimes ;-)
